All giveaways/contests promoted here by a third party are subject to that host's rules/terms.
The following terms apply for any giveaways or contests hosted by Cool Gifts and Giveaways:
- If the winner does not respond to claim their prize within 10 days of being notified, we reserve the right to re-run the giveaway or contest.
- If any type of apparel or jewelry is won, sizes of the item will be disclosed to the winner during the initial contact. This is due to availability of sizes at the time said item is won, as we have no way of knowing what size a winner will need. Some people want to win things for themselves and some are looking to win items to give as gifts.
- If any type of apparel or jewelry is won, we will do our best to accommodate the size needed specified by the winner, however we cannot guarantee availability.
- We are not responsible for any items lost or stolen during shipping. Winners are contacted when an item is shipped and we appreciate contact in return to let us know when the winner receives the item.
